Shariq SikanderFSA, FPSA, CERA
Manager

Shariq Sikander, FSA, CERA has over 9 years of experience in work related to Life, Takaful and P&C Insurance for consulting, product pricing, business plan and enterprise risk management. He is currently working as a Director in the Insurance division and manages large consulting projects for multiple clients in the takaful and insurance sector in the GCC region and South Asia.  He is the appointed actuary for multiple listed insurance/takaful companies in the UAE, Oman and Sri Lanka. He is also a Council Member of the Pakistan Society of Actuaries.

Abdul Moid Ahmed KhanFSA, FPSA
Manager

Abdul Moid, FSA gold medalist awarded graduate from the University of Karachi in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. He has more than ten years of consulting experience in large projects for multiple insurers and reinsurers in the Middle East and Asian countries. He also has a responsibility for managing a large consulting team and serves as an appointed actuary for several insurance companies.

Apart from his consulting experience, Abdul Moid also serves as Member of the International Financial Reporting Standards 17 (IFRS-17) Working Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Member of the IFRS-17 Working Group of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) based in Bahrain,  Committee Member of the Gulf Actuarial Society (GAS) UAE, Council Member of the Pakistan Society of Actuaries (PSOA) and Visiting Faculty Member in the Actuarial and Risk Management Department of the University of Karachi, Pakistan.

Rahim FerozASA

Rahim Feroz, ASA has over 15 years of experience in Pension, End of Service Benefits valuations. His experience includes designing retirement benefit schemes keeping in view the Employer cost constraint and employees benefit adequacy, carried out Valuation of Pension, Gratuity and Post-Retirement Medical schemes, analyzing and recommending amendments like reducing / enhancing the existing scheme benefits, financial impact of proposed scheme changes, Cash flow projections on both open and closed group basis, determining contribution rate / intrinsic cost of the scheme, carried out a detailed Survey on Employee Benefit plans in Pakistan and helped compile an extensive guide book based on survey responses. Other miscellaneous tasks include termination of fund / scheme, transfer of employees, merger of funds/schemes, and transfer of retirement benefit rights and alignment of scheme benefits in case of acquisition.

He is currently working as Director in the retirement division and manages clients from sectors like Banks, energy, aviation and service industry.
